Acting on camera (private)

Class formatted in Zoom platform to replicate the exact auditioning setting as if you were auditioning for the casting director. In this class Julia works one on one with you for 60 min. She introduces necessary tools required for camera work - physicality, movements, eye focus, voice, character choices. She emails the scene (about 2 pages of dialogue) and scene analysis worksheet 3 days before the class for you to memorize and complete the worksheet. During the class she works with you as a reader, gives you necessary adjustments and feedback, runs the scene several times with you to get the best performance. A one time 10 minute complementary consultation is required a week before taking this class.

Class formatted in Zoom platform to replicate the exact auditioning setting as if you were auditioning for the casting director. In this semi private class Julia works with you and another actor for 60 min. She introduces necessary tools required for camera work - physicality, movements, eye focus, voice, character choices. She emails the scene (about 2 pages of dialogue) 3 days before the class for actors to memorize and complete the scene analyses worksheet. Scenes assigned might be individual per each student or one scene engaging both actors. During the class Julia works with both actors, gives them necessary adjustments and feedback, runs the scene(s) several times with them to get the best performance. A one time 10 minutes complementary consultation is required a week before taking this class.

During this 60 min in-depth consultation Julia explains how to break into the industry. She will share her tips about how to succeed, how to meet casting directors and be ready to meet them, how to stand out as well as build relationships. She'll tell you the exact steps that are to be taken in order to get you ready for principal work in films and Television.
During this Q&A we will come up with your personal strategy on how to achieve your dream in a short time period. What took me years will take you 60 minutes!
